After graduating from Fanshawe’s Massage Therapy program, I’ve dedicated my career to providing care that blends technical expertise with genuine compassion. At Unlocked RMT, I focus on a holistic, client centred approach, that combines massage therapy with education and practical advice on body mechanics, stretching, and self-care. Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles, chronic pain, or the stress of daily life, I’m here to help you feel your best. During your first session, we’ll begin with a consultation to discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. This helps us create a personalized treatment plan. You’ll also have time to ask any questions before we begin.

TMJ Dysfunction Massage focuses on relieving tension and pain in the jaw, neck, and shoulders caused by temporomandibular joint dysfunction. This treatment can help reduce headaches, jaw pain, and grinding/clenching while improving jaw mobility and overall comfort.

Your comfort is our priority. You can undress to your comfort level. We use proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and will only expose the area being worked on. For TMJ massages, some work may be performed over clothing or with light facial touch.

Each treatment is tailored to your specific needs. If you’re unsure, we can discuss your goals during your consultation and recommend the most effective approach, whether it’s therapeutic massage, myofascial release, or relaxation-focused care.

Yes! Therapeutic massage can reduce chronic pain, improve mobility, and aid recovery from injuries. We’ll design a treatment plan to address your specific condition and support your healing process.

Many extended health plans cover registered massage therapy (RMT). Check with your insurance provider for details about your coverage. We can provide receipts for reimbursement.

This depends on your individual needs and goals. For acute pain or specific injuries, weekly sessions may be beneficial at first. For general maintenance or stress relief, bi-weekly or monthly sessions often work well.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ 

notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and direct billing for insurance when applicable.
